Universal Pressure Sensitive High RH, High pH Adhesive

RLA Universal Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a solvent-free adhesive suitable for bonding a range of floor coverings. RLA UPS Adhesive is suitable for use over concrete substrates with moisture contents up to 95% relative humidity (moisture reducing) tested with the In-Situ Probe method, and with pH readings of up to 12.0.
