Ardex K 60 Arditex self smoothing and levelling compound consists of a two part latex liquid and cementitious powder. It possesses outstanding adhesion properties, making it an ideal choice for various surfaces. Additionally, this compound has been engineered to have high water resistance, allowing it to be used under flexible waterproof membranes. Its enhanced flexibility makes it especially suitable for installation over timber floors, all without the need for priming.
