SB 813
StrongBond Porous Substrate Primer SB813 is a water-based acrylic primer used for porous substrates such as concrete slabs, cement mortars or underlayments. It effectively seals pores, reduces absorbency, and improves the adhesion between the substrate and subsequent layers. After applying the primer, self-levelling applications can proceed.
