Ardex P 38 is a one-component dispersion primer, suitable for the mitigation of residual moisture within internal concrete substrates. Ardex P 38 penetrates the surface of the substrate blocking residual capillary moisture up to 95% RH.

- Not a moisture barrier for rising damp
